The Lower House of Parliament voted unanimously on Wednesday to ask the government to expel the Israeli Ambassador to Amman and recall Jordan's ambassador in Tel Aviv in objection of Israeli attacks in occupied Palestine.
The vote comes after deliberations over the latest wave of Israeli violations in occupied Palestinian territories. Members of Parliament denounced the continued storming of Jewish settlers into Al-Aqsa Mosque.
On Tuesday, Israeli forces attacked prayers at Al-Aqsa Mosque in al-Quds and abducted two people.
The attack fallowed extremist Jewish groups' call on Israeli settlers to gather around al-Aqsa Mosque to invade the holy site.
Israeli forces frequently attack prayers at al-Aqsa which is the third holiest place for Muslims in the world. Women are banned by Israeli forces to enter the mosque and no men under the age of 50 years are allowed to pray in the holy site.
