Afghanistan, 2nd country NSA records phone calls: WikiLeaks

Today, in a statement on WikiLeaks' official page Julian Assange has announced Afghanistan was the second country that was targeted by the NSA's Somalget program "recording and storing nearly all the domestic [and international] phone calls".
