While Nuclear Talks going on in Vienna to remove vague brackets and Iran- US FMs hold fresh nuclear talks in Austrian capital, Iranian President Hassan Rouhani has reiterated the peaceful nature of Iran’s nuclear program, saying the Islamic Republic has never sought atomic bombs.

“Iran has never been and will never be after building destructive and inhumane weapons,” President Rouhani said in a meeting with senior Iranian military officials in Tehran on Saturday.

He emphasized that attempts by enemies to push the bogus claim that Iran seeks nuclear weapons must be laid bare for the whole world to see.

“When the enemy attempts to present false perceptions of Iran to the world, we should, in return, make our utmost efforts to clear these wrong perceptions,” President Rouhani said.

However in Vienna, senior diplomats from Iran and the six world powers are to resume discussions on Sunday to remove the vague brackets still existing in the draft of a final nuclear deal.

The diplomats from both sides are going to hold bilateral and multilateral discussions to make the last decisions on the parentheses which play an important role in completing the text of a final document.

Iranian and US delegations in Vienna held talks here on Saturday during sessions co-chaired by Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif and US Secretary of State John Kerry.

The talks focused on narrowing the gaps on drafting a comprehensive deal which is likely to put an end to a 12-year old dispute over Tehran's nuclear program.

On Sunday Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif has hold another meeting with his US counterpart John Kerry in the Austrian capital, Vienna, as part of the negotiations between Iran and the P5+1.

Deputy foreign ministers as well as experts from both sides were also present in the Sunday session.

Araqchi, Iran’s deputy foreign minister says the two sides have made some progress but many important issues remained unsolved that need to be worked out by foreign ministers.

He yesterday told Al-Alam News Network correspondent that “Changing Viewpoints of some P5+1 countries after Lausanne Negotiations caused harder works.”

Iran and the six world powers – the United States, Britain, France, Germany, Russia and China – have set June 30 as their deadline to clinch a comprehensive nuclear deal.
